Danielle’s journey into fitness has been shaped by movement, curiosity, and a deep passion for helping others feel strong in their bodies. Her career began abroad in London England, where she stepped into the fitness industry and discovered her love for creative, high-energy class design while teaching in some of the city’s top gyms. Her goal is to educate the patients on their condition and causative factors in order to empower them to take an active role in their rehabilitation process.

Furthermore, she has worked for many years with the Banff Sports Medicine Centre surgeons and has developed all of their official pre and post operative knee, shoulder and ankle protocols; she has also worked for many years with the Alberta Ballet dancers and high-level athletes.

Kianna graduated from the Camosun College Massage Therapy program in 2021 with academic distinction. Her practice is centered to support active lifestyles through patient centered, evidence-informed care.

Over the past four years, Kianna has worked as both an RMT and med team with Crankworx Joyride athletes in Whistler, supporting elite mountain bikers through high-impact competition. She also spent two years working with international Rugby 7s teams—including contracted roles with Australia and Fiji—providing treatment during sport and recovery.

Outside the clinic, Kianna is a volunteer firefighter where she loves to be involved in technical rescue and community outreach events. During the winter she spends her time skiing as a volly ski patroller at Mount Washington Alpine Resort. A lifelong athlete herself, she’s competed in fastpitch softball and snowboarding, and brings that same dedication and empathy to her work with clients.

Katie was born and raised in Northern BC, and spent her school age years participating in a competitive dance troupe. After graduating from UBC in 2014 with a Masters of Physical Therapy, she spent her first year of practice in her hometown as the therapist for a CIS basketball team. Following that, she expanded her knowledge in the orthopaedic physiotherapy field while working at a sports clinic in Vancouver. Katie most recently worked as a Physiotherapy Officer in the Canadian Armed Forces, expanding her leadership skills as well as physiotherapy practice to work with injured active members of the military.

Katie has completed an advanced practice fellowship with the Canadian Academy of Manual and Manipulative Therapists (FCAMPT) and has taken courses that have added Functional Dry Needling (IMS), Mobilization with Movement, McKenzie Method Diagnosis and Treatment, Concussion and Advanced Vestibular Therapy, as well as Temporomandibular Disorder Therapy to her treatment modalities.
