Acupuncture is a safe holistic medicine that is effective for a variety of illnesses. Extremely fine, sterile needles are inserted into carefully selected points. These points stimulate your body's own healing capabilities to bring it back to its harmonious balance. Cupping, Gua Sha, Tui Na and Acupressure can be incorporated as needed.

Kiana graduated from the University of British Columbia with Bachelors of Human Kinetics in 2014 and completed the Massage Therapy Diploma at West Coast College of Massage Therapy and became registered in 2018. With an interest in athletics, Kiana has experience with traumatic sports injuries and rehabilitation for both post-operative orthopedic and soft tissue injuries.

Kiana is interested in integrating multiple treatment modalities to promote recovery and maximal performance; she has a particular gravitation towards injury prevention and rehabilitation.

Jessie completed her Bachelors of Athletic and Exercise Therapy in 2014 from Camosun College. She has extensive experience working with athletes in a wide range of sports from the grass roots up to professional, Olympic and Paralympic levels. She specializes in the treatment of youth athletes.

Jessie uses a holistic treatment approach that focuses on the body as a whole. She believes strongly in patient education and injury prevention, along with providing clients with the tools they need to actively rehabilitate and recondition their bodies post-injury.

Additionally, Jessie understands the emotional and psychological outcomes of dealing with injuries and believes that successful rehabilitation addresses not only the physical injury, but also the overall health and well-being of the individual.

Born and Raised in Victoria, B.C., Kara has always had a passion for the outdoors and sports. Snowboarding, running and playing soccer are her favorite activities. She also has experience as a volunteer firefighter.

Kara has always had a passion for helping others, so she made it her career. She graduated from Camosun College with a Bachelor of Athletic and Exercise Therapy. She is a Certified Athletic Therapist and Registered Kinesiologist. Kara then moved on to become the Head Athletic Therapist at Briercrest College for 2 years.

Moving back to Victoria to open her own clinic, she works with a large variety of clients. She is currently working with national, provincial, olympic, professional and industrial athletes as well as weekend warriors.

Jamie Neill is a certified Athletic Therapist and Registered Kinesiologist, who was born and raised in Courtenay, BC where she played volleyball, swam competitively and skied. Jamie then moved to Victoria in 2014 and attended Camosun College to receive her Bachelors in Athletic and Exercise Therapy. She currently works with the local professional soccer team Pacific FC , multiple hockey teams and has experience in high school and university level athletes.

Jamie has experience working with people of all ages and conditions. Her appointments include a full body assessment to find the root cause and treating with electrical modalities, manual therapy techniques, and rehabilitative exercise. Patrick completed his Chiropractic Degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto after finishing a Bachelors of Science with Honors in Kinesiology and Physical Education at Wilfrid Laurier University. Born and raised in Ontario, Patrick provides an evidence-based approach to the management of chronic pain, acute pain, and pain prevention. Patrick’s clinical therapy incorporates a well-rounded philosophy of passive provided treatment and active at-home therapeutic exercises for the removal of pain and the prevention of reoccurrence. Peter has always been fascinated by the capabilities of the human body. This led him to study Athletic and Exercise Therapy at Camosun, completing his undergraduate. He later obtained his certification as a Certified Athletic Therapist CAT(C). Peter continues his studies through the Canadian School of Osteopathy, in the field of osteopathy, and is completing his final year.

Peter believes that the body functions as a whole. When one body part is in distress, the rest of the body responds. His treatments are holistic in nature. He uses a combination of manual techniques derived through osteopathic education, along with exercise and education. Carolyn graduated from Pacific Rim College in 2020 and is a Registered Acupuncturist with the CTCMA. She has a keen interest in the treatment of pain ranging from acute traumas and chronic ailments to reduced mobility. Her scope of practice also includes psycho-emotional, gynecological and digestive issues. Carolyn embraces a holistic approach to every treatment, harmonizing mind, body and spirit.

Through her own healing journey with acupuncture, she has been inspired by its powerful connectivity and this flows through everything she does. With a clear mind and an open heart, she holds a safe, judgement-free space for every patient.
